Service Description

Three coaching sessions focused on: - Vision-making and goal-setting - Overcoming Resistance - Cognitive Restructuring Triple ACE is designed to help you articulate your vision and set goals to bring that vision to life. Our sessions will focus on addressing emotional, behavioral, and cognitive blocks that may be preventing you from realizing your goals, vision, and more. General assessments will be used to create and/or refine your vision, identify obstacles, maximize your strengths, and develop the insight you need to achieve your desired outcome.
